*Assist in preparing letters, quotations, and official doents.
*Maintain records of office stationery and site requirements.
*Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for doentation and follow-ups.
*Maintain proper doentation of payments, receipts, and office transactions.
*Support site and office staff in day-to-day clerical duties.
